who are we?
Board Women is a community driven business with a mission to inspire and empower 30+ women (and gender minorities) through the world of board sports (snow, surf, skate). We host individual and company retreats, local meet ups, and create inspiring content and products, all to build women’s confidence.
why we exist
When was the last time you fell? We believe your 30’s and beyond are exactly the right time to embrace risk, and yet so many of us stop doing just that. We struggle to find time for ourselves beyond family and commitments, however when we do take risks, the mental, emotional and physical benefits trickle into every area of our life.
Board sports are a solution for many of these issues, but they can feel intimidating to access. Whether it’s due to gender, age, or simply not having a friend to go with, Board Women brings together a community of women (and gender minorities) who need a helping hand to get started.

We pair coaching in snowboarding, surfing, and skating with workshops on confidence building and embracing new life stages.
business inspiration
We work with aspiring and board level women to instill confidence and risk taking via one of a kind inspiration and board sport coaching days and courses.
meet-ups
We will be running local and national events in 2023 and are in the process of launching retreats.
